耀宗父在咖啡店再次遇见蔡花，得悉她为了生活跑去卖啤酒，还被酒客调戏。他同情蔡花，请她到家里做帮佣。蔡花非常能干，把家务处理得井井有条，全家都很喜欢她，唯独阿嬷对她有戒心，认为她想勾引耀宗父……。

Yaozong’s father meets with Chaihua in the coffee shop and finds out that she sells beer for a living and is harassed by her customers. He sympathizes with her and invites her to the house to be a maid. Chaihua is very capable and manages the household chores very well. Everyone in the family likes her except Ah ma who is cautious of her motives and suspects she is trying to seduce Yaozong’s father.
