善美生日当天，恩来故意安排耀宗加班，不让他回去为善美庆生，耀宗气得辞职不干。他赶回家为善美庆生，善美却突然昏倒，被送去医院急救，情况危急。耀宗内心挣扎，最后决定利用“愿望钱币”许愿救善美。

On Shanmei’s birthday, Enlai intentionally arranges Yaozong to work overtime, preventing him from going home to celebrate her birthday. Yaozong gets angry and quits. He rushes home to celebrate her birthday but Shanmei collapses and is sent to the hospital. Yaozong is faced with the dilemma and eventually uses the last “wishing coin” to save Shanmei.
